Hello, when I select "Allow only one participation + IP Security Check" the browser continues to allow users to vote multiple times. How can this feature be enforced to guarantee only 1 vote per IP??

Hi Mac,
I checked the setting and it works as expected. Maybe you got confused by it:
it means a user can vote for as many images / options as he she likes, but cannot vote for one option/image twice.
Is this the case for you, then please send a link to your poll to philipp@pollunit.com

Kind regards
Philipp

Thank you for the quick reply. I have 50 photos uploaded and only want users to be able to select 1 photo as their favorite. What is the poll option to ensure users can only select 1 photo and not be able to vote again?

You can select "Dot Voting" as vote type in the first wizard step. Then you can allow one dot per user and one dot per option.
