Can I create custom matrix options?

I have a poll and want 4 options that don't correspond to a scale.

  Is there a way to enter a custom option set?

Yes, our survey tool allows you to create custom matrix scales. When creating a matrix step you find a plus symbol next to the drop down where you can select which scale you want to use. Once you've created a custom scale you can select it also in other surveys.
