Colate names of interested member within a region to take part inan activity

I want individuals to add their name to a list which will result in a group of members who want to participate in an activity . I need name, email and phonefrom them. as each person registers another line should open for the next interested person so building a data base. I plan to have 12 regional groups carrying out their activity within the country. Members will indcate their preferred region/city via this listing.

I think you are looking for our participant table feature. Here you can define multiple columns each participant need to fill in. Each participant is represented in a row. If you want to collect data which should only be visible to admins (like personal contact information) you can require additional attributes in the advanced step.
