Cookies & Popups

PollUnit makes use of cookies and popups. Is there any guideline how the browser of the user (possibly working with laptop, mobile or tablet with a range of browsers) needs to be configured so PollUnit will function correctly?

There are no special configurations required; any modern browser like Chrome, Safari, FireFox, Opera, Brave, Edge will support PollUnit's functionality without issues.

Technical cookies (no tracking cookies) are used to enable voting and submissions. If a user would block cookies, he or she can not participate.

Additionally, we do not use popups that require special permissions or popup blocking settings to be adjusted. We have some overlays that function or look similarly to popups. These overlays are normal requests which do not need any configuration.
