Cropping Images for Themes

I'm having difficulty getting my image to display correctly. It is getting cut off and cropped. Any suggestions, tips or advice?

The images are cropped automatically to fit into an image of 1920x1200.

The background image of the theme also adapts automatically to your screen. Even in a mobile phone in portrait format. Therefore, you should not use graphics that show texts or similar.
