deleting a photo poll and its images

After five years of running monthly photo polls on PollUnit it's time to do a tidy. I think I have seen this question before but cannot find it.
If I delete a Photo Contest poll does it also delete all the images for that poll from my account space along with the data (and so release space for reuse) - or do I have to delete images separately. Thanks

If you delete a poll it, also deletes the connected images.

Thank you. Do I have to close a poll before it can be deleted. We usually do not close polls (but use a voting end date) so as not to publish the results online. Thanks
