Difficulty using branching logics

I am trying to use the branching logics for a survey for the first time and I can't get them to work.
My first step is a yes or no question, but when I try to set a condition, there isn't an option for the answer to equal yes or no, only a number.

It also doesn't give the option to set a condition based on the answer to step 2 which is a frequency matrix.

What am I missing here? Am I trying to use the survey to do something it can't really do? Is there a more in depth tutorial somewhere? I just read the one under the tutorials tab and it didn't have any kind of step-by-step instructions.

Thanks for any help or insight!

Hi,
if you have a yes / no question in the first step, you can create a condition in the second or following step, because it depends on data from previous steps.

Unfortunately you cannot yet use our matrices for branching logic.

If you need further help, please let me know!

Kind regards
Philipp

Thanks, Phillip.
How do I create a condition from a yes/no question? I only see a spot to set the condition based on a numerical reply?

I have sent you an email with a link to an example with a checkbox. Maybe this can help you to set it up for your needs.
