when I look at the poll options independently I see that the same anonymous voter has voted for a single option more than once. I think you can only vote once, so why do I see more than on vote from the same voter on multiple poll options?
Normally, a participant can only vote once per option. However, there are a few PollUnit configurations where the same voter can legitimately cast multiple votes for the same option.
For example, multiple votes are possible when votes are sold, which is often used for fundraising campaigns. Another example is a pairwise comparison. Here, participants are shown random pairs of options to compare. So a participant might first compare Option A with Option B and later Option A with Option C. In this case, you would see two votes for Option A from the same participant.
Without knowing which PollUnit product and configuration you are using, I can't say exactly what is happening in your case.
Could you let us know which PollUnit product you are using? Even better, you can send your Admin Link to support@pollunit.com so we can take a closer look at the configuration and votes. Please do not post your Admin Link in the public forum!
