Greetings! I see in the business version that an excel download is available.
It would be useful to see an example of such a report to see how the info is presented before committing to a Business package.
Perhaps you could export our latest competition as an excel and send to me?
Thank you !
Alan.
When opening the export modal you have various options to export your data. You can export for example:
Voters
This contains three sheets. The first sheet contains all voters in rows and their votes represented in columns. If you require additional attributes like email, phone number or anything else, this will also be represented in rows per voter. See following example:

The second sheet shows the distribution of votes when using a rating vote type like star rating. See following example:

The third sheet contains all comments represented in following columns: ID, Name, Comment, Parent ID, Parent type Parent Content, Created at.
Votes
The Votes export is a simple table which shows each vote in a row. So a voter could be represented in multiple rows. See following example:

When exporting images you can download a zip file containing all uploaded source images in their original resolution. If you export images as excel you receive a table containing following information:

When requiring additional attributes from submitters, which you should if you want to contact them, you see each additional attribute in a extra row.
Hello,
We arrange monthly competitions that are voted on. I would like, in excel, a summary of all the months so as to see which photographer has the highest compiled points for the year so we can award Photographer of the Year. Is all this info in the excel or can it be done extracting one month at a time. If this is possible I am ready to upgrade to business from January. :-) Thank you. Regards Alan.
I'm a bit uncertain about the precise nature of your operations. Are you organizing a monthly photo contest, or is there a single contest spanning the entire year?
Regarding our export functionality, it's worth noting that it doesn't consolidate data from multiple contests or PollUnits. Each export action is specifically applied to a single PollUnit. Therefore, if you are indeed running a contest each month, you would need to execute 12 separate exports, and subsequently, aggregate the voting data manually. I believe that with the aid of Excel, there could be a way to automate this process to some extent.
We have 12 contests a year, one for every month. However you have answered my question, we will have to make 12 excel exports and consolidate in one excel for the year. Thank you.
