Hello. How do I export an excel spread sheet that shows all the additional fields that people filled out when they entered the contest with the votes they got and so forth? Basically looking for all the pollunit details on one sheet.
Hello. How do I export an excel spread sheet that shows all the additional fields that people filled out when they entered the contest with the votes they got and so forth? Basically looking for all the pollunit details on one sheet.
I guess you are running a photo contest and you want to export the submissions, right?
Open the context menu (three dots in the upper right) of your PollUnit in the admin link and click »Export«. Now you see a list of data you can export. You can export:
If you choose »Images« you can export all submissions including their additional fields and ratings. If you want all voters or votes with all their information you need to make a separate export.
Okay got it. Thank you. Now that I have that downloaded how do I see which image had the most 5 start votes? Is that Participations, Ratings or Sum?
You are referring to the columns Participations, Ratings and Sum.
Ratings: Displays the calculated rating value. For example, in a star rating system using average calculation, it shows a value between 1 and 5 stars.
Participations: Indicates the number of people who voted for this option.
Sum: Represents the total vote points an option has received. For instance, in a star rating system, an option with ten 5-star ratings would display a value of 50.
An image with the most 5-star ratings is not necessarily the one with the best overall rating. For example, if an image has the most 5-star ratings but also many 1-star ratings, its average rating could be lower than an image that only received consistent 4-star ratings.
However, this detailed data is available in our export and evaluation pages. To access it, export the »Voters« as an Excel file (CSV does not include this feature). When you open the Excel file, you will find a »Ratings« tab that displays how many times each option has received 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-star ratings.
