Fan Favorite Type of Poll

I was curious to know if I could create 100 QR codes all to a different poll to vote for a fan favorite for a cook-off we are having. We are looking to limit the number of times people can vote for one person to 5 times and overall, 5 times they can vote for anyone.

Can you help me by understanding your product and see if this is possible. We are open to purchasing the enterprise package if needed.

You can create as many polls you like. There is no limit.
