How to Keep Source Image

In a photo contest there is a feature called Keep Source Image. Does this mean that admin can obtain the source .jpg from an entry so that it can then be printed? Where can the Source Image be viewed/copied?

Yes, »Keep source image« means that we keep the uploaded original files. If you have a plan that allows this feature (currently Premium, Business and Enterprise), we will automatically deliver the original with every download.

You can download each image individually in the context menu. In Export you can download all images at once. In the evaluation in the »Images« section there is also a download option.

Where do I find the context menu?

You find the context menu (three dots) in the upper right corner of each image.
