We want people voting to only be able to vote for one photo and nothing else. How do we do this?

You can youse the Dot Voting feature: https://pollunit.com/en/tutorials/dot_voting
With dot voting you can define how many votes/points/dots each voter can cast per photo and/or in the whole contest.

I also have the same question. For example, I have 5 pictures, participants only have vote for 2 pictures best favorite. But when in testing, I see I can vote 3 or even 4 dot per time. In result export, the result only see 2 vote. So it makes confused => How I can fixed this?

Hi Kim! I do not really understand your question.
Did you define the total amount of dots and the dots per image? After you distributed all your dots you shouldn't be able to vote anymore.

You can now limit voting to a single photo

In the advanced step you can activate »Voting is allowed for one image only«. If participants assign another vote, the previous one is removed. This is working for all voting types.
