I did not receive a similar reminder for the other Challenge (#65 Signs) which is running and closing over the same time period. Nor did I receive any such reminder on my member email which I used to enter the challenges. Is there a control for this somewhere that we can use?
A reminder like this would be very helpful to all members.
1, How are these reminders created and managed? Can we send them to all members?
- Is it possible to manage when these are sent? To be useful for a photo challenge they need to be send at least 4 days ahead.

we have two confirmed email deliveries (one for the 64 and one for the 65 challenge) to both your account and same for your member account yesterday morning at 6:15 UTC (so in total 4 emails). Can you maybe check your spam?
We send the reminders one day ahead. We are going to discuss if we can change the time frame or make it configurable.

When I sent the comment to support, there was only one message showing. After getting your reply, I checked and all four messages were there. However my wife who is also and admin has still not received an reminders. Additionally, this does not explain why I received the one reminder in my admin account where the frequency for email is set to "never".
Your suggestion that invitations could be configurable is an excellent idea. Sending them on the day a photo challenge closes is simply an annoyance.

in your m4 account you have set the notification period to every 12 hours.
If you can send me the email address of your wife, I can also check what happened there.
