Is there a possibility for voting on galleries?

Is there an option instead of one photo the voters to be able to vote on galleries of photos?

You may achieve this with a workaround. If you create a Voting with the type "Image / File" you can upload PDF files. If you put your gallery to a single PDF with multiple pages you can vote for a whole gallery.

Another idea could be to create multiple PollUnit contests and disable voting.
Then you could create a PollUnit Voting (not contest) and activate the add on »links« (first step). Each gallery becomes an option in your Voting with a link to the contest.
