Login repeatedly required

When I invite someone to a poll, they follow the link from their e-mail to the PollUnit page and then have to login again to their account (or enter a name) even if they were already logged in. There can even be another tab open with the account currently logged in, but it opens a new tab. This is true also if we have a landing page with several polls attached–they have to login for every single one individually before they can vote and/or it is visible in their account. There is usually a warning about an existing link and a decision to follow a new link. Is there a way to get around this, since I have just learned that the hassle is limiting participation? I do need some security on there and have tried invitation only, account only and invitation+account. I suspect I am doing something wrong :) Thanks for the help!

usually the browser should remember the user session in a cookie.
Can you share your landing page or poll with philipp@pollunit.com?

I could not see a problem.
Are they maybe opening the links all at once ?Then they would see the login screen for each poll in the landing page
