Missing votes

I have folks that said they voted earlier today but my vote tally has not changed. Their name is also not listed in the participants. As a matter of fact I tried voting on my phone to see if it would show up and it is not reporting either. My vote count has not changed in several days and I think that there may be a problem.

I could not find a general problem when voting in different test polls.
What kind of poll is it? If you could send me a link to philipp@pollunit.com, then I can try to find out if there is something particular wrong with this PollUnit.
