Not possible to delete my own rating with PollUnit Pro - Urgent - please help!

Hi!
Yesterday I purchased an account because we need the possibility to delete ratings from users. We use a survey with stars rating for five catgories (columns). It is possible to delete participants ratings with my account. Unfortunately I cannot delete my own ratings. These show up on top of the survey… Strange, because I did not take part in the survey… all my ratings show zero stars. Nevertheless it is not possible to delete it.

It should be possible to delete participants (also yourself) in Evaluation -> Participants.
It seems you have fixed the problem?

Hi Veit!

Each participant sees his votes in the top row of the table. Even if he did not participate. Only the participant himself can see this row. After a vote has been cast the row become visible to others.
