Participants details embedded in a photo

We hold an exhibition after our competition. 50 great photos in a gallery.
We need the participant's name and the caption to be in the photo.
Can this be done?
I do know that there is xls file but matching the details to a phot is really diggicult after the printer has finished.
"Who took that photo?" is the question we need answered easily.

You have the option to export all images as a PDF, allowing you to view the images along with their associated data. This looks like a simple table or tile view. However, if you choose to print the source files, it's essential to manually include this information.
