I am not sure if I understand you correctly.
If you created a PollUnit without email address or an other email address then your account, we can not automatically assign your existing PollUnit to your new account. If you login and visit the admin link you should be able to take ownership of that PollUnit. If this is not working for you, please write to support@pollunit.com with your accounts email address and the admin link (do not post it in our public forum).

I created an account on PollUnit, I am able to login and everything, I can create a photocontest but I don't get the premium functionalities even after I paid for it. I already send 3 e-mails to support@pollunit.com since yesterday morning but I don't get any response from support.
