Photo contest_participant restriction

How can I set up restrictions to participate NOT TO VOTE? I have clicked on External provider account(Google) required under Restrict voting, but still uploads are possible trough link without any sign in on Goggle.

The voting restrictions apply only to voting, not to submissions. We plan to introduce similar options for submissions in the future, but this feature is neither ready nor currently in development.

As a workaround, you can apply the voting restrictions to visitors as well. This way, users must meet the voting security requirements to access your PollUnit. You see this option at the bottom of the voting restrictions when your voting restriction allows this setting.
