Photo limit reached,, upgrade does not allow more pictures

We had more submissions for our photo contest, so the ADD PHOTO option button disappeared. I went out and upgraded the account but it did not bring back the option of adding additional photos. What am I missing?

Did you maybe create the contest without account?
If you visit the admin link of the contest and being logged in into your paid account, you should be offered the option to assign this contest to your account.
If this does not work, please let me know!
