Poll limit reached

My poll reached its participation limit so I upgraded my account to allow more participants to vote. After upgrading, it's still showing that the participant limit has been reached.
This is despite the fact that when I select 'upgrade' and it takes me to my account, my account details confirm my account is upgraded

I guess you created the PollUnit with another account or as a guest. If you visit the admin link of your PollUnit, you should be able to assign the PollUnit to your account. If this is not the case, please send an email to support@pollunit.com with your admin link (do not post here!).
