Hi. I'm brand new to PollUnit and set a poll as I wanted it. The only thing I can't see to define / change is to have the poll options listed top to bottom vertically on a page instead of left to right horizontally. Once I go poast 5 or 6 options, they start disappearing into a scroll bar and it looks messy and not user friendly. Can this be changed?
at the moment this is not possible.
In most cases there are significantly more users than options. Therefore we decided to display the users in rows and the options in columns.
However, this is not the first time a user has requested this feature. Therefore we want to make this function available sometime.
Would you share your Use Case with us? So that we can better understand what you have in mind.
Hello, just to also give feedback on this issue–we are using this for a prioritization activity with hidden participant responses (to limit influence) and many options to choose from, so the horizontal option presentation is really inconvenient. We also request the vertical display of options.
With hidden participants this feature request makes total sense. I'll discuss this and maybe we can prioritize this higher.
I would like to second this request - I did post a topic in the requested feature. I am using PollUnit in the same way as Dyanna for a prioritization activity with hidden votes.
Thank you for the feedback!
We are actively working on a solution for this and hope to release within the next months.
We will notify you here when it is done.
P.S. I deleted your other topic, because it is redundant to this one here. Then we have all information about this in one place.
We released an update. You can now arrange all voting options vertically.
In the first step of the voting creator you can now toggle between table and list view.
Looks great. Thank you!
