I can't find your statement that detailed the security of the site. I'd like to be able to quote it to prospective members. It's a growing concern for many people and I'm delighted that it is taken so seriously by PollUnit.

For this we have no public link, but if you go to the »My Account« section you find the tab »Data Processing Agreement«. Here you can download it as PDF.

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement highlight key measures such as encryption, personal data protection, access control, and regular updates. As a company located in the EU, we fully comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have additionally adopted the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Privacy is fundamental to PollUnit. All our tools can be used without creating an account. Even in our free plan, advertisements are not personalized. Meaning we never share or sell user data.
