I have followed all the steps to get the SSO my organization-sso-slug, but it keeps loping the SAML token to a new token request every time.
would you please help me out in finding a fix, as from the Azure MS side it says it was able successfully to issue a SAML token, and the issue is on the App side?

I looked into your account and it seems the format of the certicate fingerprint is wrong.
It seems, you pasted the whole certificate, but you should only enter the fingerprint.

Unfortunately, this is not the issue/RC here, as I have tried before without the whole cert, and it did that same, that is why I tried the whole cert.
anyway, I have left only the cert fingerprint, and it is still causing the same loop.
