Votes are not counting

I currently have a poll that's active and I see there are 12 votes but only 6 have been saved. How do I make this easier for our voters? Can I change a setting now that the voting has started?

Hello Jessica, I am not sure if I understand you. How do you see 12 votes if they don't have been saved? Maybe you can share the admin link with support@pollunit.com (do not post in our public forum) and explain a little bit more.
