Votes are not saving on Photo comp account

Hi All,
May I please get you help on why votes are seen for a bit and they disappear later, not able to get any counts, have chosen superlative voting options as there are 4 categories to vote for.

Can you send the link to your contest to philipp@pollunit.com?
Just in case you might confuse our superlative voting: with the superlative voting each user can only pick one image per category.
