Voting "allowed" without time delimiters but still greyed out.

I have allowed voting but participants (and admin) unable to vote for (in this case, "like") images. Greyed out. No time delimiter set for submissions or voting. Allow voting checked.

Resolved: Eventually updated itself and voting now accessible.
