It’s likely due to the IP security check. This can happen if multiple users are trying to vote from the same IP address. You can either disable the IP check or reduce the security settings to allow votes from the same network.

But we are trying to vote from different devices and networks, and it still doesn't allow it.
If the devices are using IP obfuscation tools like Apple’s Private Relay, the IP check might still block them.
Do you have the IP check enabled? If not, we can of course rule this out as a reason.
Yes, its enabled so that they can only vote once per IP.
But I am testing from different devices (mobile and computers) and it doesn’t allow anyone to vote. The voting open dates are correct. I don’t know what to do.
OK, I've tested and can vote without any problem. I see you do not have IP restriction on.
Maybe this is a misunderstanding. The interface shows 3 of 3 remaining hearts?
