My understanding is that photo/video contest Participations include:
• Submissions
• Votes
• Comments
Does it also include photo and/or video views?
Are 'fraud' votes counted? If so, are fraud votes still counted after they've been detected and deleted by the Fraud Bot?
Thanks!
…also, I notice that the number of Participations indicated on my Summary Evaluation page is much higher than the Participation total from my Excel report of the same poll. Can you explain?
Hello Mike,
Participants in the context of a photo contest or video contest are voters. Submitting participants are limited by the allowed number of files per contest. If you scroll the pricing page down to the photo contest section we've tried to make this more clear.
Fraud Bot does not delete fraudulent voters, it only deletes the votes of the options/images/videos when you trigger the delete function. So fraudulent voters are still counted in you contest. If your type of competition allows it, it would definitely make sense to run the competition with the safest possible setting so that there can be no cheaters at all. We have an article about this here.
For your second post/question it would make sense to write to us with a screenshot and admin link to your PollUnit. Maybe you are mixing up vote count and voter count. Please do not post admin links here in the forum.
