Can I get an invoice after getting Premium? Not Business or Enterprise. I am conducting a research, and my university is funding the process, PollUnit included. Can I pay with my private card and after get an invoice for my univerity (with its data)?
Yes, usually you can directly enter your university billing details during checkout and receive the invoice with those details.
However, in some cases the bank’s security systems (for example 3D Secure checks) may reject the payment if the billing address does not match the private card holder information. In that case, you may need to complete the payment using your private billing address first.
After the purchase, you can still update the invoice details to your university information within the same month. I would recommend doing this directly after the purchase. Editing invoices is locked in the following month for tax and accounting reasons.
