How many survey participants (with manual invitation links) can technically vote within 1 minute for an image pollunit?
Hi,
I would say around 500 - 1000 should be fine.
Kind regards
Philipp
Hello Philipp, thank you.
I noticed a short delay between the display of the single votes on the page:
https://pollunit.com/de/polls/…/evaluations/votes
and being able to see these votes on the summary page even when refreshing the page:
https://pollunit.com/de/polls/…/evaluations
If there are 2000 votes within 2 minutes:
Usually we calculate the results every 4 seconds. If you hide the votes to your participants we only do this around every 40 seconds, because the intermediate results are not that important to be there, as the participants don't see them.
Do you mean with "intermediate results" not only the summary/evaluations page, but also the single votes page and Excel Export? As we hide the votes to our participants it means that after closing the poll I would have to wait around 40 seconds to start the Excel Export of the votes, correct?
By "intermediate" I meant, that it does not make sense to always re-calculate the ratings after every vote, because only the admin sees the result for hidden votes. The trigger for the calculation is always a vote. So if you close the poll, you don't need to wait if the last vote is more than 40s ago, because then the rating was already re-calculated.
The ratings are used in the summary, the admin view of the voting and the excel export.
