Hello!

I'm looking for a tool which I can use to have a team submit innovation ideas over the course of a quarter, and where other team members can vote on them. In an ideal world

• we could have about 50 people submitting ideas
• those 50 would each be able to vote on everyone's ideas
• we would be able to cap the number of votes that people had to use
• we could reset everything (create a new poll) at the start of each quarter
• in a really ideal world, we could give people different numbers of votes, e.g. our director would get more than a junior team member

does this sound doable…?

Hello Kevin!

In our idea collections we only provide a simple upvoting system. But you can create a PollUnit voting and allow participants to add own options. If you choose dot voting as vote type you can define the number of votes for each participant.

The only thing that is not possible at the moment is to give different numbers of votes to certain people.
