Hi it is possibile for a participant to zoom a picture in a photo contest in order to see it better?

On mobile phones and devices that support multi-touch gestures, such as Macs with touchpads, users have the ability to zoom in and out using a two-finger gesture. This feature leverages the touch-sensitive surface of the screen or touchpad to recognize the input from two fingers moving closer together (pinch gesture) or moving apart (spread gesture).
