I can confirm that the account you're using for this support forum post is a free account that has never been associated with a paid plan. It's possible that you may have another PollUnit account registered under a different email address.

Hello - I thought this was fixed but I guess it hasn't…I keep getting charged $11 for an account that is free. The description on the back statement says "Conrad-schulz-Weg 3 Herrsching. My email is jme@mfsengineers.com or it could be my personal email jilie_e@yahoo.com. Please have someone contact me telling me that this has finally been fixed. Thanks Jill Esposito
