Downgrade to free account

We would like to revert back to the free version. How do we go about doing this?

If you have an active subscription (auto renewal) than you need to go to »My Account« scroll down to your payments and open the context menu (three dots) of your subscription which is marked with an »active« label. Here you find a cancel button.

If you made a single payment all you need to do is wait. When your premium plan ends you will be downgraded to the free account automatically.

It is marked as "Business 1 Month" so assume this will downgrade automatically as you say
