Entrprise account payment is not working

I created an "entreprise" account, but it seems like it is not working. The payment process appears to go through on my side, but not on the website. After completing all the steps to pay, it says "Please Wait." but it never works. How can I upgrade my account to add heavy PDF pictures to the vote? Thank you for your assistance.
