I have reached the participant limit people cant vote please chack and reply

I checked and you have reached the limit of voters of 40.
This means people, who vote in your contest and not people who upload photos.

Did you allow voting? Or have you defined an automatic start and end date for voting? You can make these settings in the »Advanced« step. If you send the admin link to support@pollunit.com, we can also check. Please do not publish the admin link in the support forum.

I allowed voting and there was no end date.
I had to go ahead and create another poll.

Without a link I can not say why the poll did not allow voting. But you solved the problem with a new poll.

If a user runs into the participant limit despite premium account, it is usually because the poll was not created with the account. The problem can be solved by visiting the admin link while logged in. Here you can assign the poll to your account.
