HOW I CAN RECEIVE INVOICE WHILE YOU DON'T ASK THE VAT NUMBER?

As far as I know only the invoice issuer vat number have to be on the invoice to be valid.
At least as far as German law is concerned. Which country are you in?
However, we have already planned to request the VAT number from business customers.

For new payments it is now also possible to enter a VAT number.

you can leave the VAT ID empty if you don't have one.
