My subscription cancellation

My subscription is until this January 10th and I do not want to be charged for the next mont. So how should I cancel?

I've checked your account and you do not have a subscription. This is why you do not see any cancellation functionality. After your account expires you will be automatically be downgraded and can still use the free functions of PollUnit.

If you would have a subscription, you can cancel it via the context menu when visiting the »Billing« tab in the »My Account« section.
