Is there a way to incorporate both free and paid voting? Example: Voter has voted 1x but would like to vote again the extra vote(s) requires a charge.
Or, a way to set parameters so that voters can only vote 1x within a 24 hr period for free, but if they would like to vote more times within that 24 hour period there will be a fee to vote.
