I am having a difficult time trying to upgrade the account to a premium but it will not accept my payment it keeps rejecting and I tried another source of payment and still no luck. Can someone please assist me with this matter.

Hello - I upgraded to a Premium account last week, but I would like to upgrade to the Business Account so more people can vote on our PollUnit. I paid $9 for Premium. Is there a way to just pay the difference for the Business, or do I need to purchase a whole new subscription?
How a upgrade is handled depends on the payment type you have chosen.
If you have an subscription (auto renewal), upgrading will convert your existing plan to the new plan in real time. So this will basically change the payment cycle because the new plan cost more or less.
If you have an single payment plan, each new purchase will convert the old plan and add extra time to the plan. So you can buy for example 3 months business in row and the time will always be appended.
