I purchased an account upgrade and thought that the features would immediately be upgraded; however, the voter limit of my poll is still showing as 40 instead of 200. Can anyone assist with this?

I fixed the issue for you. It happened because the used emails for the PollUnit and the purchased account were different.

can you please send the admin link to your poll to philipp@pollunit.com?
Probably it is the same problem, that you created the PollUnit with a different email address than the one from your account!?

Hello, I originally used the free (40 vote) account, but upgraded. Can you fix our account to allow up to the 200 voters, please?
If you created a PollUnit without account (as guest) without entering your email address or created a poll with an other email address then your account email we can not automatically assign the PollUnit to your account. If you log in and visit the admin link you should be able take the ownership and the premium limits will take affect.
If this does not work you need to contact support@pollunit.com with your accounts email and admin link.
