Will upgrading pricing level retroactively apply participant count to existing polls?

We received a much larger response than expected to our poll, and have reached our participant limit. If we buy up to a higher level, will the larger participant cap apply to our existing poll?

Yes, all polls in your account will immediately get the new limits of the larger package after purchase.

Hello,

I hope you are all save.
We made yesterday the poll 'jeugdboekenmaand' and didn't expected but we had in a minimum of time also reached the participant limit. With pleasure we bought a higher level. As I read above that immediatly new limits will be active. Now, a few hours after, nothing changed. Thanks for looking and reply to the message. All the best, Isabelle

Hi Isabelle,
Thank you for the purchase!
The poll was created with an anonymous user with a different Email than the one where the account was bought.
So we could not automatically link it to the bought account, but I changed this manually for you now.
The limits should be extended now.

Kind regards
Philipp

Dear Philipp,

Thank you very much. yes! It is upgraded. The poll is made by a collegue from the Dutch Library. Undersigned by Bibliotheek Ukkel. I see that is also changed by 'Isabelle Vander Stockt', nice, but I prefer that we undersign with 'Bib Ukkel', as it a project of the all team. Is it possible to change that again? Thank you very much for the quick reply. And the friendfull use of this website. nice day, Isabelle

Hi Isabelle,
In the "Advanced" step of the poll's wizard you can declare a "Publisher". I did this for you and it should be now
"Bib Ukkel".
Kind regards and have a nice day as well

Dear sir, i have the same problem as Lynda - created poll named "Fotosoutěž Ekoškoly Černovice" (https://pollunit.com/en/polls/acdqxukh9q-xydan9sqilq) with another email - I used my wife's email adress, but we reached participant limit very soon and then i purchased better version of your awesome tool - and with the same mistake, using my own email. Can you please fix that for me?

I received an email alerting me to the fact that I had nearly reached my voting limit. I pressed the link to upgrade to the higher account and the only option I had was to renew the premium….which I did not realising it wasn’t taking me to the business level. I have now purchased the business level but don’t need two of the premium purchases. Can you refund the extra premium level I purchased or add it to another month of the business level and I can then pay the difference in price?

Hi Kathy,
you are right: the link in the mail is misleading. We will fix that soon and I will trigger a refund for one of your premium purchases. Kind regards

Hi,
We had a bigger amount of participants than expected hence we upgraded the account. Four out of five polls have transfered to a higher participant limit except for one. Can that be fixed?
Thank you,

Markus Huber
