When I singed up for this, I never knew 200 participants per poll unit is actually the voters itself. I thought they were the participants for the poll and those participants could ask their friends and family to vote for them. Apparently, I got blocked after pollunit reached 200 votes. Now I had to upgrade to Business to continue voting. Is there any way to change to unlimited voting?
PollUnit is a product which requires a significant amount of infrastructure and resources to operate. Especially when there are lots of simultaneous voters or image uploads. We are a service provider which does not sell any user data! So we need a way to monetize our services. By charging for the things that trigger the costs for us, we can also offer very low-priced packages.
If you expecting a lot of voters you may need one of our enterprise plans. The biggest enterprise plan currently allows up to 200.000 voters and 4.000 image uploads per PollUnit. Please see our price list: https://pollunit.com/accounts
