Hello
I'm new to PollUnit, so I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong but I am trying to create a photo contest. Unfortunately the photos are not uploading. The first photo is stuck at 30% and has been for about 30 or so minutes now. Please advise.

Thank you.

I have conducted various tests from various locations, and it appears that there are no upload issues with our services. In most instances, the problems with uploading stem from unstable network conditions on the user's end. Could you please verify the upload process using a different network connection?

There's no way it's due to an unstable network condition/connection as my computer is hard-wired to my modem. In other words, I do not use wi-fi. Additionally, I have no other connection issues besides this. I tried again today and I am still getting the same issue as yesterday. If I am unable to utilize this then how do I go about receiving a refund?? I paid for an entire year and this won't work for me.

A refund will not pose any inconvenience. To initiate this process, kindly contact us at support@pollunit.com and provide your account information.

However, before proceeding, it might be beneficial to perform some preliminary checks. Despite being on a local network with a wired connection (not Wi-Fi), the issue could be attributed to your network configuration. For instance, company firewalls may impose restrictions on outgoing data transmissions. Additionally, your browser might be altering request data, potentially due to installed browser add-ons. Therefore, attempting to switch your network (you may consider trying a mobile hotspot) or using a different browser could potentially resolve the issue.

If these measures do not yield the desired results, you can delve into the browser's network console to identify any potential errors. In Chrome, you can do this by right-clicking, selecting "Inspect Element," and then navigating to the network tab in the sidebar.

It's worth noting that we handle thousands of successful image uploads daily, which suggests that the issue likely originates before reaching our servers.
