I don't understand the ranking after Pairwise poll

I had a pairwise poll with eight items. The results seem wrong to me…. or the reporting is wrong. For example, one item was never selected, it shows no votes but is seventh in ranking not eight. And mathematically showing teh number of votes isn't strictly correct since it is the implication of any vote, so I am not sure this works. Has anyone else noticed this?

We employ the ELO score methodology to evaluate the comparative strengths or preferences of elements or options through pairwise comparisons. For a detailed explanation, you can explore it further on our website: Pairwise Comparison with ELO Score.

In essence, when one option triumphs over another, it gains points from the defeated option. Conversely, if it succumbs, it contributes points to the victorious option. This means that an option, even without votes, can be ranked higher than a option that has lost points.
