Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but my photo contest is not showing the images on an ipad.
It's working fine on Windows PC & Android smartphone.
I there any option I need to check to make it work on an ipad?

i checked with an ipad, but could not see a problem. What browser did you use?
I tried firefox, safari, chrome.

Thx for your reply. I tried the same three browsers too, none of them was working.
It's an IPAD Air 2 with ipadOS 15.8
Retrying tonight gives no problems anymore. I really don't understand why this was totally not working the 13th of januari. But as it seems to be working again we can close this item.

We figured out in the meantime, that a library update resulted in the problems, mentioned by you, with older browsers. So Thank you for reporting this, and we are glad the issue is fixed now!

I need to report that this issue now is occurring again (18-01-2024): no content shown on older ipad: happen for "photo contest" as well as "collect ideas"

I was using yesterdayevening Firefox & Safari on an Ipad Air 2 OS 15.8.
Apologize, but it's anoying that sometimes it's working, sometimes not.
I cannot predict the usage of platform & OS-versions for all participants on a photo contest.
If you have any restrictions in usage of outdated software please let me know so I can add this as precondition to a contest.

Ok, maybe the non working version was cached?! Our platform should work also with older browser, but not properly with for instance "Internet explorer". But we guess those nobody uses anymore.
OK, agree that explorer is not used anymore. I'm not sure about the caching, because it has been working correctly after the previous hickup, so there should be no malfunctioning stuff in there anymore.
Let's hope it's not happening anymore.
