Edit Participant Not Working

Hi,
The edit participant function in open tables isn't working. I can type changes into the box that opens up when I select edit participant, but they aren't saved and nothing changes on the table. My participants have tried to edit their answers themselves through their pollunit accounts and that hasn't been working either.
